CARLTON, MINNESOTA PAYMENTS

The City of Carlton accepts ACH (Automatic Withdrawal) payments from a checking or savings account for water/sewer bills. The withdrawl date for the payment would be on the 15th of each month. If the 15th should fall on a weekend or holiday the withdrawal would take place on the next business day.

If you would like to take advantage of ACH payments please fill out the form below and return it to the City Office. There is no charge for this service.

The City of Carlton now has 2 options for paying bills online. Service fees will apply with either option. 

WATER / SEWER PAYMENTS ONLY

Convenience fees are in addition to the amount(s) owed and are calculated as follows:

4.0% + $0.30 for all credit card/debit card payments

$1.25 for all checking/savings account payments
