Come take advantage of your public library this summer.  The library is operating with consistent hours throughout the entire year to avoid confusion, and make it a bit easier for everyone that would like to use our facilities.  The hours of operation are as follows:

Tuesday:  9AM to 4PM
Thursday:  9AM to 7PM
Saturday:  9AM to Noon 

The library has many amenities that our users find helpful and beneficial, including: 

• Five fully equipped computer workstations with free internet access;
• Printers available with nominal charge based on use;
• Large selection of printed books;
• Good selection of audio books on tape and CD;
• Good selection of VHS and DVD movies;
• Numerous popular magazines and newspapers; and
• Ability to request a specific publication either on-line at www.arrowhead.lib.mn.us or via phone (384-3322) from the Arrowhead Public Library System (delivered to the Carlton Public Library for pick up by our users).

In addition to all our helpful items listed above, the library also provides a very nice seating area to relax in comfort and enjoy a book or magazine.  Our knowledgeable staff is available to assist you in finding a specific book you are looking for, or even give selection advice if desired.  Take an opportunity this summer to enjoy some of the benefits that your local library provides to the Carlton area.
