AGENDA POLICY:     Items to be placed on the agenda for action, must be submitted to the City Administrators office by 4:00pm on the Wednesday prior the Council meeting. 

The City Council has is set aside time for the “Carlton Comment”; an open mike forum for guests and residents to bring items before the Council prior to the closing of the meeting.  No formal action will be taken on items discussed in the Carlton Comment except to refer them for action by the appropriate individual/committee.
