Councillor Norm Johnson Honored

Carlton City Councillor Norm Johnson was honored for his years of service prior to the December 2010 city council meeting. Johnson is retiring after serving the city from 1995 to 2010. Johnson chose not to run for re-election, his seat will be filled by November election winner LeAnn Tiessen in January 2011.
